I’m looking for a technical co-founder based in Canada who has hands-on experience building SaaS apps (web and/or mobile) or strong knowledge of end-to-end app development—architecture, product engineering and scalability.

Offering

Equity-based technical co-founder role with full ownership of tech operations. I’m funding year 1 (and until profitability). I will offer 30% equity, vesting over 3 years with a 1-year cliff, with a salary starting once the business reaches profitability.
